The U17 North West boys team once again won the regional tournament held in Nottingham on the weekend of 7th/8th September beating East 82-59 in the final having won all their previous games over the weekend. This is the 4th consecutive win for the team under Neil Hopkins head coach and our own Mike Halpin and Phil Hargreaves assistant coaches.
We had 3 lads representing our club Earl Russell and Ben Jones U18’s and Alex Roberts U16 and would have had a 4th in Joe Wilson but unfortunately due to injury he was not able to play. Alex Roberts also won the 3 point shooting contest.
