Parents in Sport Week, organised by the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit, is taking place from 3 to 9 October 2016 and aims to focus on how parents can greatly influence a child’s experience in sport through their actions, both positive and negative.
Over the coming weeks, the CPSU will be producing a number of resources to help promote the event’s aim of getting parents to be involved in sport in a positive way.
It’s probably something we can all learn from.
