Warrington & St. Helens Walking Basketball, in partnership with Cheshire Wire Basketball Club, are pleased to announce a new venture. As of 5th May, walking basketball will be available every Thursday at the Birchwood Leisure & Tennis Complex in Birchwood, Warrington for only £2 a session. From its inception in 2013, Walking Basketball has gone from strength to strength and now finds itself with groups throughout England and has even started to attract interest from Scotland, Wales and America. Walking Basketball delivers a walking paced version of the fast and furious game we are all used to and is suitable for all, irrespective of gender age, size, ability or impairment.
