Last weekend saw the culmination of the basketball England 2016 Under 13 regional tournament in Sheffield and Cheshire Wire were heavily represented in the final 12 that were selected to represent the North West region. Over the weekend, the North West team competed against nine other regional teams covering all areas of England. The competition was tough and the North West team eventually finished 7th overall. Let’s hope the experience puts the Wire players in good stead for the upcoming season.
